Personal Workspace Page on Intranet

From the portal menu (in the top left corner) I can jump to My Personal Page.  

Content from Confluence and Jira is personalized. Each logged in user will see their list of tasks or requests they made via Employee Service Portal (achieved by using text variable “currentuser” in page modules). Corporate announcements get streamed to each individual page. In addition, links to external work tools can be embedded. Google calendar is embedded as a widget. Personal page has its own top level navigation menu. From there I can go to my Team’s page, to Recruitment page (if I’m a part of the recruitment team). 
In addition, there is a status report page, my manager also has access to it. This is where my whole scope of role is grouped into major areas (e.g., staffing, performance management, office policy, etc.), and then with the help of labels I pulled up my granular level tasks into those larger groupings. This is how my manager can understand what exactly are my action steps to improve talent retention, etc.
