Internal Reference for an Open Vacancy
Candidate referral form is placed on Employee service desk and on internal site for team members involved in recruitment process. The process steps are:
Referral form is filled and submitted by employee
An HR who is also an agent for the recruitment service project on JSM receives the reference, pre-screens it and decides which one of the open roles this candidate might be a good fit. Once such role is selected, HR moves the issue to done status.Â
Automation rule triggered by the previous step creates new issue in one of the recruitment projects (JWM), copying the name fields, etc.Â
The recruitment team for this open role takes it from there  Â
