Internal Reference for an Open Vacancy

Candidate referral form is placed on Employee service desk and on internal site for team members involved in recruitment process. The process steps are:

  • Referral form is filled and submitted by employee

  • An HR who is also an agent for the recruitment service project on JSM receives the reference, pre-screens it and decides which one of the open roles this candidate might be a good fit. Once such role is selected, HR moves the issue to done status. 

  • Automation rule triggered by the previous step creates new issue in one of the recruitment projects (JWM), copying the name fields, etc. 

  • The recruitment team for this open role takes it from there
