Value Metrics
Using NTT Engineering Excellence framework
Value Distribution
Value distribution measures how well engineering prioritization decisions are aligned with strategic business goals, see high level explanation here.
It also helps in short-term prioritization for maximizing value. For instance, you can make informed decisions about timesheet approvals (i.e., labor cost allocation) by comparing real-time data on your project's labor budget consumption rate against tasks completion rate.

Value Time
Value time - measure of pace to market and pinpoints bottlenecks causing delays.
This can be achieved with Jira and EazyBI through leveraging two capabilities:
Time in status measures in EazyBI
Value Traffic
Value traffic is a leading indicator for Value time, as it gives real time view of how much work is in progress at each given point of time
Value Velocity
Value velocity measures the impact of wait states. Can be achieved with Jira automations math value capability which can calculate the impact by multiplying projected revenue per time unit (e.g. per week) by the time in wait status. A button to trigger this calculation can be added directly to an issue in one of the wait statuses.
