  6. Integration for Upselling and Version Upgrades: Integration with tools designed for upselling and managing version upgrades to capitalize on expansion opportunities.

  7. Nurtures Sales Qualified Leads: Proactively engages and nurtures Sales Qualified Leads for effective conversion.

  8. Needs Assessment: Identifies and understands the prospect's needs through thorough analysis.

  9. Quote/Proposal Submission: Prepares and sends quotes or proposals in response to prospect requirements.

  11. Document Preparation: Prepares essential documents such as contracts, High-Level Designs (HLD), payment schedules, and other required paperwork.

  12. Deal Closure: Closes deals and seamlessly hands them over to Project Managers for execution.

  13. Delivery Progress Tracking: Monitors and tracks the progress of project delivery to claim sales commission.

  14. Milestone Payments Follow-up: Follows up on milestone-based payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

  15. Account Management Tasks: Performs tasks associated with Account Management to maintain strong client relationships.

  16. Upsell Opportunity Realization: Actively identifies and realizes upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.

  17. Client Satisfaction Follow-up: Follows up with clients to gather feedback through satisfaction surveys or referrals.

  18. Contract Renewal Management: Manages and follows up on contract renewals to ensure continued business relationships.
