This is an a quick guideline explaining how we use business intelligence and reporting tools to continuously improve our performance at all levels - from individual to the whole company.

📊 First Steps with Business Intelligence

At our Company, we are starting to implement data-informed approach to analyzing the state of things and making decisions for improvement. As of Q'3 - Q’4 2022, some teams are testing the tool, using demo reports and dashboards offered by the vendor as a way to start.

We do have teams who have already been implementing data analysis and reporting for couple years, to identify areas for optimization and to track performance within the team, as well as to share the progress with other teams. Our trailblazers are Customer Success Team 😎

For other teams there would be a different set of metrics and the underlying data to look at.

Our final goal is to build up our corporate data intelligence capabilities to a stage when we have a unified source of truth, from which we can draw multiple insights on a cross-team level.
