🥅 Goal

The goal of proposed approach is to make recruitment process more effective, transparent and fast. Repetitive steps are automated in order to reduce low-value tasks load, to ensure process consistency, to keep all participants on track with process status and notify when their action is required.

  • Set of tools supporting the optimized recruitment & onboarding processes

  • How-to-article describing new processes and tools supporting them

  • Set of metrics & dashboards allowing to track the status across all locations

  • Defined process owners at each step of the workflows

  • Continuous improvement is enabled through feedback
