Curated Content

Frontend designed using Refined Site apps allows to add extra functionality and greatly improve end user experience in comparison with using native Jira and Confluence:

  1. Achieve high level of customization at scale. Refined enables you to deliver tailored content based on individual user’s or user groups’ needs without having to overloading Atlassian admins with extra work: content structure is configured by Refined Admin (who does not have to be Confluence admin). Below you’ll find examples of sites and pages designed for an individual user, departments or role-based user group.

  2. Create customized portals for clients and vendors. Refined’s pricing does not depend on the number of sites, so in addition to internal sites for corporate intranet you get the capabilities for enhancing your client engagement and improve your vendor management.

  • Client’s corporate brand is used on all pages of the site

    • Only relevant service desk request forms and articles are visible to a client

    • Performance reports, training guides and videos, etc. can be published on the portal. Most of those actions can be automated (all native Atlassian tools´ automation rules apply) or performed manually in bulk

    • Bulk publish and top banner feature releases, product and service offers, status upThidates, etc., based on each client’s current licenses and pre-identified upsell opportunities. Updates can be streamed to home page or dedicated products page. Email and push notifications can be configured

    • All client documentation, MoMs, etc, created throughout the customer lifecycle can be organized on Confluence and published on the client’s individual portal. Multi-layer access configurations for both sides – the Company and Customer.

    • Running centralized customer surveys (feedback on user experience, product features percieved value, new business needs, etc) → consistent information for better decisions on product strategy, development work prioritization, etc.

    • Free google analytics on portal usage by clients´ employees
