Health Insurance Coverage

Enrollment Process

Access and manage your benefits by logging into the HR portal and navigating to the "Health Benefits" section.

New Hire Enrollment:

New employees have 30 days from their start date to enroll in the benefits plans. If you join on November 10, for instance, you must complete your enrollment by December 10. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following enrollment.

Mid-Year Enrollment

If you experience a significant life event, such as marriage, childbirth, or loss of other coverage, you are eligible to adjust your benefits outside the open enrollment period. Report your life event in the "Health Benefits" section of the HR portal to update your coverage accordingly.

Annual Enrollment Period: Our benefits year runs from January 1 to December 31. The annual open enrollment period occurs in November, allowing you to review and select your benefits for the upcoming year. Notifications and reminders will be sent to ensure you complete your enrollment on time.

Additional Wellness Programs

In addition to health insurance, we offer various wellness programs to support your physical and mental well-being:

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Confidential counseling and support services for personal and work-related issues.

  • Fitness Reimbursement Program: Partial reimbursement for gym memberships and fitness classes.

  • Health Coaching: Access to professional health coaches for personalized wellness plans.

  • Wellness Workshops: Regular workshops on topics such as nutrition, stress management, and exercise.
