Here are some examples of ranked and non-ranked lists of ITSM / CMDB Solutions / Vendors. Details you will find in child pages under this page.
I would go through those which are not familiar to me and give my list of suggestions. For now:
- ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Ivanti, Atlassian, BMC - for sure
- Freshservice, Easyvista, ManageEngine, TOPDesk, SysAid - probable
- Add more rankings (Forrester, G2, IDC)
- Final Shortlist for research to be decided upon

OOB | none * there are so-called object schema templates (just 3 - for HR, IT, Facilities) but they can not be considered data models, as they are very simplistic and serve as a starting point for building up own model. Only IT could be used as somewhat of a data model proxi - see how they look below
| Common Service Data Model (CSDM) All ServiceNow products were sharing common data platform and were covered by CMDB capabilities, but there was no common data model offered to customers (they positioned it as “you can do whatever you want”). In 2017 ServiceNow made an attempt to develop a data model for themselves internally as they could not go on with product development without having such model. Upon a few iterations, CSDM was born. Now it is the default model which customers get when purchasing any of the related products.
