Copy full email signature
Go to ‘Settings’ in Outlook - Click on ‘Signatures’
Click the '+' button and open new email signature window
Paste new email signature and update info accordingly (*please ensure that the email is linked to your email)
Save and close window
Choose new email signature as default for New Messages and Replies/forwards in Signatures settings
Test signature in outlook to make sure all links and formatting are correct
